Millimeter's TOMMY AWARD Goes to Omneon Video Networks

The Award panelists , from a range of production and Internet companies in the video industry , have awarded Omneon Video Networks the "Tommy Award" for the Video Area Network™ company’s networked media server new product development. This award was the result of a recent demonstration at the NAB 99 trade show. The Tommy Awards are named after Thomas Edison, a credited motion picture projector inventor and one of the developers of the motion picture camera. The award is given to companies chosen by industry customer panelists who choose companies that have standout products and technologies from NAB.
