Hoggarth has been with the company for over two years, building Omneon's sales and support infrastructure in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. During this time, he has laid the foundation of the company's distribution and support infrastructure with leading distributors, system integrators and value added resellers throughout the region. Key to Omneon's early success has been the close working partnership with the many application partners who, with Omneon, deliver production and transmission functionality from the open Networked Content Server platform.

Prior to joining Sony in 1997, he was sales and marketing manager for Abekas Video Systems in Europe. In 1986, Hoggarth was appointed Grass Valley Group's first United Kingdom sales manager.
