Omneon offers a world-class level of support services to meet customer needs and requirements. Regional Field Service Centers, each with a dedicated team of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) and an assigned Regional Field Service Manager (FSM), are maintained in key locations around the globe. In specific countries, these regional support teams are augmented by Omneon Authorized Service Partners.

Omneon's team of trained Field Service Engineers are available to configure and commission Omneon systems and train customers in their use, as well as expand and upgrade the systems as customer needs evolve.
Customers may purchase days for any type of post sales on-site technical support visit, to include; system tuning, commissioning, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, break-fix, upgrade or repair. Technical Support Days are offered on a per-day basis. If desired, days may be pre-purchased and banked for use at a later time.
Customers may purchase Air Date Support Service in order to secure the on-site presence of an Omneon technical representative during on-air launch, and/or during the days immediately prior to or following launch, or during special pre-launch system testing. Air-Date Support Days can be purchased for the purposes of assisting the customer staff in administrative and operational processes or simply to ensure that an Omneon technical resource is immediately available if needed during critical periods. If desired, these days may be pre-purchased and banked for use at a later time.
Omneon offers customers informal hands-on operational and technical training provided at any location (customer, partner, Omneon). This hands-on training is provided by the same Omneon professionals who deliver the Technical Support Days and offers customers a dedicated hands-on, but informal (no classroom and no course material) introduction of the installed Omneon products. This training is offered on a per-day basis.
Omneon has assembled a team of highly skilled service and support professionals, experienced and trained in the latest digital video, storage, networking and application technologies. These experts provide extensive industry knowledge and experience to assist Omneon customers analyzing, trouble-shooting and implementing digital video and media-based solutions. The Omneon service and support team consist of some of the industry's best talent, with working knowledge and experience with audio/video compression formats and familiarity with a wide range of equipment within the broadcast, media and storage industry, to include disk storage technologies (NAS, SAN, SCSI, Fiber Channel, RAID), networking and storage technologies (Ethernet, routers, switches, hubs, TCP/IP, CIFS, and NFS) and third party products (real-time MPEG encoders, automation systems, non-linear edit suites, media asset management systems, and video switchers/routers).
